I entered the financial industry in August 2018, transitioning from banking to becoming a financial consultant at AIA in December 2022. My journey into this field was motivated by my personal experiences growing up in a family that lacked proper financial planning, which often led to financial strains affecting relationships.

This background drove me to pursue a career where I could make a meaningful difference in the lives of others who faced similar challenges, helping them secure their financial futures, which in turn fulfills my own professional and personal goals. The flexibility and control over my time that this career offers are additional benefits that I deeply value.

One of my most rewarding moments came in 2021 when I set a personal goal to achieve my first MDRT within six months, and I succeeded. This achievement reinforced my belief in the power of the human mind and the importance of maintaining peak physical condition to achieve one’s goals. It was a testament to the magic that results from hard work, discipline, and a clear understanding of what achieving your goal truly means.

What keeps me motivated in this career is not only the financial rewards but also the trust my clients place in me to help secure their financial objectives. This trust is both a privilege and a responsibility that drives me to continually strive for excellence.

Being a financial consultant has significantly enhanced my personal growth, particularly in developing resilience in the face of challenges. This newfound quiet confidence has positively impacted all areas of my life, helping me to navigate various situations with grace and effectiveness.
