This financial discipline has served me well over the years. As a leader, I’ve learned that it’s crucial to treat each agent uniquely and pay close attention to their individual needs and motivations.

What keeps me motivated is seeing my agents achieve their personal and professional goals. Their success and happiness are what drive me to be a better leader each day. For new financial consultants entering this industry, remember that dreams without goals are just dreams, and they ultimately fuel disappointment. Achieving your goals requires discipline and consistency. Without discipline, you will never start, and without consistency, you will never finish.

This career is rewarding, but it demands resilience and the ability to face and learn from rejection.
