My journey has not been without its challenges and obstacles, but these have only served to strengthen my resilience. Along the way, I kept three things in mind as my motivation to keep moving forward – I wanted to make my parents proud of me, I was determined to achieve certain career milestones before turning 30 years old, and I wanted to create a generation of successful financial consultants.

Through my dedication and hard work, I eventually became a leader in the industry. My passion for sales and helping others achieve financial success motivates me to continue growing in my career.

One of the most rewarding moments in my career was attaining the title of Top Recruitment Manager at AIA Singapore. It was a culmination of all my hard work and efforts, and it was incredibly fulfilling to see my team’s hard work being recognized as well. I remember walking up on stage during the awards ceremony and feeling grateful for the opportunity to lead and inspire my team to produce and recruit young talent.

“If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.” This quote resonates with me because it highlights the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving success. It reminds me that it’s not just about individual achievements, but about working together towards a common goal.
