My path in the financial advisory industry was paved by my current boss Chuan when I met him at a recruitment drive back in 1994 while I was still a student in the engineering faculty of Nanyang Technological University. My curiosity was piqued after that encounter with Chuan, inspiring me to join the industry upon graduation, and I have not looked back since.

One of the proudest accomplishments that came out of this journey is being a recipient of the Lifetime Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT).

Positioning myself as more than just a financial consultant to my clients.

Being able to impact lives through the work that I do is a key driver that keeps me motivated as a financial consultant. I always look upon myself as a life motivator to my friends and clients. My role aside from providing them financial advice is to be able to motivate them to take charge of not only their lives, but also the people they love.

At the root of the profession, is honesty and staying genuine.

I always believe being honest and genuine are two important traits that a financial consultant should possess when dealing with clients, and these are also my biggest strengths.

Setting high goals for myself.

Ever since I attended my first MDRT in 1996, I have had the dream of building a team of highly motivated financial consultants and that one day, my division will produce 100 MDRT qualifiers.
