Having personally grown and found professional success with the invaluable support of his mentors, and knowing the difference a good leader can make, Xun Qin now takes it upon himself to pay it forward by being a mentor and leader to others in turn. Witnessing the lives of his associates and their families improve brings the greatest job satisfaction to him.

For Xun Qin, success is only meaningful when the people around him also find success. Accountability and responsibility for his associates’ success remain the strongest motivators behind Xun Qin’s consistently high performance as a leader – with every new associate who joins, he sees a younger version of himself in them and understands the trust they have placed in him to bring a better life for them.

Xun Qin believes that the important qualities a leader should possess are perseverance and the tenacity to push through all odds, along with ever-present selflessness and self-awareness. He leads with empathy, an open heart, and an ear, always inspiring his associates by showing them they can dream the biggest dream possible.

Not one to be content resting on his laurels he strives to continue adding to his awards recognition and accolades, and his next goal is to reach 80 manpower collectively and CIA 500.
