Prior to joining the financial advisory industry, I was a mortgage advisor helping clients to structure their property financing when I realised that I didn’t want to do something too specialised. I decided to join AAG where I am now able to help my clients with a more holistic overview of their entire financial portfolio, which allows me to create more value for them.

A mission to educate
Being a financial consultant has given me purpose to be able to educate and help my clients with their portfolio. By performing a holistic analysis of their finances, I’m able to better provide solutions to meet their present and future financial needs.

Change is the only constant, and the nature of most roles are evolving quickly with the implementation of AI and automation. It is up to ourselves to be able to pivot quickly and stay relevant always, and us financial consultants can do that by constantly upgrading our knowledge and expertise to better inform our clients to provide value with a human touch.

Have integrity, competence and compassion
Rather than being a consultant, I see myself more of a working partner with my clients who would always be there for them to provide the right advice when the need arises. I would also be there as their friends when they need an extra pair of listening ears for their problems.
