JAMES KUAH

I have known James for about two years but was finally formally introduced a few months back. I judged a book by its cover, he looked personable, humble and friendly. The day I got to know him, I knew I was apprehensive when I found out he was an insurance agent. But we met a couple of times and he just taught us about insurance. He never pushed. I had my own insurance agent which I have followed for years. But, I do have to admit, the way James explained the policies, I understand the explanation better than my own insurance agent!!! I willingly signed up for an investment policy with him recently, still without him asking me. And I have not regretted it. It is obvious that James is not a hi-and-bye agent or friend. He is here for the long run. And I am glad that I can now call him my agent.
