I used to run my own business and also worked in customer service across various companies. But I had always known that I wanted more in life. I am now able to put my skills from my past working experiences to good use when servicing my clients in this financial advisory industry.

Be patient and always improve.

You need the stamina to be in this industry, and you must have the discipline to commit yourself to developing better habits and skillsets to propel you further in your career. That is why you also need to be patient as I believe that good things come to those who wait and consistently put in the good work.

Leadership matters.

I really look up to Jeriel Oh and Caleb Tan as my greatest influence, and I aspire to be able to lead and serve my team and organisation the way they are doing right now.

We need to be as savvy as our clients.

The role of a financial consultant has evolved so much throughout the years. With social media being all the rage now, we also need to be savvy enough to engage with our clients in order to maintain our ties and bonds.
