Wanting to do something more than just a 9 – 6 job for the next 40 years of my life, I decided that the best way to live life to the fullest is by impacting those around me.

Bringing with me 7 years of experience in the field, I received my first International Dragon Award 2020 – Bronze Dragon Award (Agent Category). On top of being qualified as a member of the AIA Financial Advisers Prestige Titanium Club 2020, I was also awarded the titles as Personal Wealth Manager and High Net Worth Director of AIA High Net Worth Prestige Club 2020.

Passion is key.

While financial consultants need to be likeable and coachable to mentor budding consultants, all these would not be possible without a burning desire to excel in life. Though I could have stayed with my cushy desk job after graduating from Nanyang Technological University (“NTU”) in 2015, I realised that my passion had lied somewhere else that served greater meaning to the people around me.

Almost reaching the dream.

My biggest goal that I wish to achieve as a financial consultant is to attain directorship, which I am fortunate to be close enough to despite being less than a decade into the industry.

You can impact lives even while you are young.

I started financial consulting when I was only an undergraduate in NTU, but it was through juggling work inside and outside of the classroom that made me develop compassion, competence and integrity, which are values needed to serve my job well. Even though I started relatively young, I am grateful for my experiences in being able to impact others with my career.
